The shell of the unit is made of scratch-protected aluminum and it is covered with shock-resistant rubber sleeve. The Rugged HD hard drive has an HDMI connector (for viewing HD movies on an HDTV), audio jack, USB (for copying music and movies from a PC), and a power jack. The hard drive capacity is 500GB.
If your movie collection is saved in one of the popular video formats, you'll be able to playback them directly from the LaCinema Rugged HD. The product even comes with its own remote control.
